Unlock Your Inner Superpowers

Create Unstoppable Success with Hypnotherapy, CBT & Past Life Regression

In the ‘90s, when I was in Graduate School at UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and TV, one of my jobs was to invite speakers to cheer on my young, starving, star-struck fellow students. As Howard Suber, one of my illustrious professors, said, “It’s not the most talented people who succeed in this business. It’s the people who can withstand the despair.”

Despair kills hope and actually damages the body, and I knew that it wasn’t a good thing. In the ‘80s, I worked at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute for five years, and I knew a lovely man, Bob Mauer, PhD, whom I asked to come cheer my fellow students up and inspire them to keep going.

At UCLA, because Bob had gotten bored with doing talking therapy and the numbing monotony of hearing people complain, he set out to discover what made wildly successful people successful.

After years of interviewing, he came up with these.

Four Skills of Highly Successful People:

1. An awareness of the need for attention and appreciation, as well as a generosity in giving it and receiving it.

It’s not just about seeking validation; it’s about acknowledging the efforts of others and graciously accepting their praise. As well as saying “thank you” for any help given, no matter how small. That creates a positive feedback loop, not to mention Brownie Points in Heaven.

2. An awareness of and respect for FEAR. A willingness to feel it and to reach out for comfort, along with emotional nurturance and technical assistance.

Fear, especially fear of failure, stops many creative people from even trying. Successful people, on the other hand, understand how to manage their emotions and move through panic. Successful people always ask for help and give thanks to the folks who help them when they need it.

3. When afraid, successful people have a “built-in nurturing voice” that automatically and compassionately reassures them that “it is okay to make mistakes, it’s okay to be afraid, and it’s okay to ask for help.

That creates a compassionate inner monologue that confronts the negative Nellie inside and makes people resilient, even when “whatever can go wrong, does go wrong.”

4. A sense of mission or vision. Successful people are clear about their goal, and their sense of purpose sustains them in crisis.

At the heart of every successful person lies a clear sense of purpose. They know their goals and their vision, and this underlying mission sustains them through every crisis. Their unwavering compass keeps them pointed towards their destination, their North Star.

You might be thinking, well, this sounds great, but how do I cultivate them? This is where Hypnotherapy, coupled with cognitive behavioral therapy and past life regression, truly shine.

Hypnotherapy can strengthen your inner nurturing voice, access your subconscious mind, and reprogram your inner critic. Imagine implanting that “it’s okay to ask for help” message so deeply that it becomes your automatic response. CBT helps reinforce positive thought patterns.

Past Life Regression helps clarify your vision and discover the fears from another lifetime that might be holding you back. By understanding the threads of your soul’s journey, you can gain profound clarity on your true mission and purpose in this lifetime.

When you feel grounded, confident, and empowered from within, your natural generosity of spirit naturally blossoms. As you experience transformation, you’re more likely to offer that same support and appreciation to others. My successful and busy client, Teddy, took the time to write this on Yelp and Google:

“I’ve been working with Stephanie for the past five years, and she has genuinely transformed my life. She has a great and rare gift for helping you understand yourself on a deeper level and guiding you through challenges with clarity and compassion. Every session leaves me feeling grounded, focused, and empowered. If you’re looking for a life coach who truly cares and knows how to create real change, Stephanie is the best you can find. I recommend her 100%.”

If you’re ready to move beyond wishing for success, then it’s time to take action. If you want to harness your subconscious mind, strengthen your inner resources, and align your day-to-day habits with your deepest purpose, please give me a call. (323) 933-4377
