Why is this so?

Because 40% of your brain is devoted to language, it’s the reason we became human. We had to drop-kick a lot of other qualities that other animals still have, to get the language.

So pay attention to what your brain says. (Usually, it’s something that your mother or father said to you.)

Analyze it, and begin to change the inner monologue.

Or as I always say: flip your brain from its default programming, which is the poopy brain, into feeling enthusiastic, which is Puppy Brain!
