Are You Afraid of Death?
Are you afraid of death? Have you ever found yourself obsessing about the “what ifs” of your life? Do you wonder why you are here? If so, you’re not alone. Join your mystical, spiritually searching friends. We meet here!
The fear of death is one of the most commonly shared anxieties. That atavistic fear taps into our deepest, most primal instincts. Would you like to learn how to transform your fear into a powerful tool for living your best life?
If so, I can help you because over the past 24 years, I’ve guided hundreds of people on this journey. Additionally, I provide my clients with suggestions and strategies from other healers to support their mindset shift.
How can I help you? Technique, Experience, Information & Integrity
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) can help you reframe the way you think, your belief system, and help you change your reactions to and including the biggest curve ball – death. For me? I got lucky because I had a classic near-death experience at 19, and that experience literally rewired my brain. For my clients, I can help them identify and alter any negative beliefs or thought patterns that fuel their fears.
CBT empowers them to replace panic with peace. It’s like upgrading your mental software to a version that sees life as an adventure to be embraced, not a fate to be endured or dreaded.
Hypnotherapy teaches you how to access a state of heightened awareness, much like the characters in Dan Brown’s new blockbuster, “Secret of Secrets.” By venturing into this subconscious realm, you can unearth fears and gently rewire your responses. Imagine transforming dread into curiosity. You can reframe a trauma as a needed soul’s challenge to forgive, for instance. That allows you to face life’s endgame with the calmness of a sage like the Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh.
Past-Life Regression gives my clients a profound way to tackle the fear of death or find peace after a partner or child has died. My own book, “Love From Both Sides – A True Story of Reincarnation and Soul Survival,” mirrors the work of two of my teachers. Raymond Moody, MD, and Brian Weiss, MD, whose trail-blazing works opened the doors of perception, without drugs! Their work, “Life After Life,” and “Many Lives, Many Masters,” illustrate the fact that death isn’t an end but part of a cyclical journey. All of our books echo the same sentiment: death is a transition filled with insight and continuity rather than a stark ending.
When you see life as a grand narrative, and know that no matter who you are, you have a part in the play. You can cultivate a purpose that is bigger than yourself, and you can gain the courage to live without fear.
The idea isn’t just to help you become less afraid; it’s about empowering you to embrace each day with newfound joy and curiosity. Life can be an incredible adventure, and you are the star in your own production. So, why not become the Warrior Goddess or Spiritual Warrior that you want to become? You’ve got stories to live and a legacy to build—fearlessly.
Do you want to explore these paths? Do you want to change your sabotaging thought patterns and behaviors and dive into the depths of your subconscious? Are you ready to find peace of mind by piecing together the puzzle of your soul’s past? Then why not take action now?
Open to your courage, and take the first step, and please give me a call. (323) 933-4377
