Happy 2025 and Beyond
Happy New Year and a prosperous, health-filled future!
But first?
Please forget your “New Year’s Resolutions” because they won’t make you happy.
Resolutions are short-term; you’ll forget them as the Chinese New Year rolls around.
Want to know what will make you happy? Look at your “doing, thinking, and being habits” and decide which beliefs, thoughts, and habits support your long-term goals.
Then, decide which ones you truly want to change. But you must be ready to change, and it takes a commitment to your own self.
How to begin?
Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Modification, and Past-Life Regression can help you become authentic.
You can discover, then decide and act on your goals. You can take control of your life and find your life’s purpose.
What to do?
Make a compassionate evaluation of your life right now and what you’re doing with it.
Get quiet. Just sit. Close your eyes. Follow your breath and see what thoughts arise in your mind. Don’t judge – just watch them. See what the tone of your thinking is. What is the quality of your “inner monologue?” How do you talk to yourself?
Ask these questions:
- Will this action, relationship, or belief lead me in the direction of my goal? Does this belief, behavior, or relationship support me in becoming the best “me?” Or am I making choices for someone else’s best interest?
- Am I a people pleaser? Do I exhaust myself by saying “yes” when “no” would be better? If so, please give yourself a break. It’s part of our human brain-wiring to want to please, but begin to be aware. Awareness Therapy can help you uncover and walk toward your own true self.
- Am I in these relationships to get love or approval? If so, what do I get in return? Do I get love, support, and compassion?
Once you get answers, commit to one action, a baby step, to support your goals.
Write the action on a calendar, and then commit to doing it. Do that until you succeed. Don’t get frustrated. It takes time to change an entrenched habit.
Please don’t be surprised if you fail. There might be subconscious beliefs that sabotage you. You’ll need to discover those hidden beliefs before you can move forward and change.
You will succeed if you commit to just one thing at a time!
Baby steps work best. Be kind to your own “inner child.” If you find resistance, know that a part of you doesn’t want to change. You must discover who and what your inner saboteur self wants or needs to change. I can help you do that.
Successful people always ask for help. So if you want to succeed, please call me. (323) 933-4377
Sending you love,
