Look for Things You Can Appreciate and Give Thanks For Every day.
If you can just start with your body, and appreciate how well it moves, or how it digests your food, start there. Find things in your day that you can give thanks for, and focus on those things.
When you see friends, notice something good about them and then tell them what you think. It must come from your heart. You must be authentic about what you say. If you can find something to say to them that is gratitude for who they are, you will immediately move the level of contact up into your heart.
Find things you love about your home, your family and just stay in the vibration of gratitude.
