We all have the same brain that our direct DNA ancestors had. Not much changed in 100,000 years. Our cave people ancestors had lives filled with threats, yes, but lots of love and fun.
In my regression work, I see many clients who access lives from that time, and those lives are filled with challenges and the joy of tribal living—telling stories around a campfire, enjoying each other.
But, now, instead of singing, dancing, marveling at the stars, and painting on our caves, we all sit glued to a hand-held computer. It’s addictive!
You can break the addiction. You can learn to love and accept who you are right now, not who you think you will be or should be. If you constantly compare and contrast yourself to the picture-perfect lives that pop up on your phone, you are programming your own brain into thinking you’re not good enough.
If you can learn to love yourself for who you are, you live in the present time. This is because the point of power stays in the immediate present, yes? (That’s physics!) And current time is the gateway to your power.
