Rewrite You Past - Past Life Regression Therapy & Hypnotherapy Help

Rewrite Your Past!

Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Modification & Past Life Regression Can Help You

Do you ruminate over the pain of your past? Do you obsess about a fear-filled future? Don’t despair – you have the power to change.

Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Modification, NLP, and Past Life Regression can change your brain by reprogramming the perception of your past and opening up to a positive future.

In antiquated “talking therapy,” or complaining therapy, you spill out your trauma-filled past into a compassionate listener’s ear and then get encouraged to “come back, and we’ll talk about this next week.” But, unfortunately, talking reinforces the trauma you’re trying to heal and reaffirms your “victimhood.”

I spent ten years in classical psychotherapy. I adored my therapist because she was trained to be compassionate and kind. One day she asked for the millionth time, “And how did that make you feel?” And I wanted to punch her!

Right then, I knew I needed something more effective, scientifically proven to change my brain structure to heal from my trauma-filled past.

That’s when I fell into the world of Jeff Schwartz’s “Neuroplasticity and Force of Human Will.”

For those of you who know me, that’s one of the books I hold up in the first session. It explains scientifically how Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) functions in the brain and how it can be changed and healed.

In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with hypnosis, you learn how to re-frame the trauma of your past into a “Learning Opportunity” for your soul. “Things don’t happen to you; they happen for you,” as the saying goes.

You learn techniques of self-healing and empowerment in the first two sessions. Then, in the third session, the regression, you learn how to heal the trauma from this lifetime by changing your perspective on the event. Scientific research proves that you can re-wire an event by experiencing the event in a different, less charged way.

It’s as if you are a cinematographer hoisted high above a scene on a boom. Then, as the adult you are now, you can experience the scene from a different perspective.

Then you can enter that scene and comfort the child you once were. You can punish the perpetrator or let go of any shame. That changes the memory and all the chemical reactions and emotions accompanying it. This work allows you to take control of an event and become the victor instead of the victim.

So if you’re exhausted and bored by constantly hearing yourself complain, understand that it’s normal; it is how your brain functions, but not helpful. It won’t make you happy.

If you’d prefer to be happy, please call me.    (323) 933-4377
