By teaching you tools to help you heal, and showing you your life from a different perspective.

No one says life is easy – it’s not.  Pain and loss are inevitable.  Envy, low self-esteem, fear, betrayal, jealousy, heartbreak – it’s all a part of the experience of being human.  The mistake lots of people make is to run from the pain, to use alcohol or drugs to dull it, to escape it, to deny it, to cover it up.

Or, on the other hand, some people talk about it endlessly, obsessively, which only aggravates the situation.

Pain can be a direct channel to your own authentic self, your soul, and being in alignment with our soul is the source of true joy and vitality.

What’s the trick?  Stop blaming.  Accept your pain and start doing the inner work you need to do to heal.  And that starts with radical compassion for your own self.

So, if you are filled with self-loathing, insecurities, or low self-esteem, and if you don’t like yourself very much, then your first job is to deeply understand what you yourself are going through and be moved to take action and help.   Lots of “spiritual people” are willing to go to the ends of the earth to help others, but they have a blind spot when it comes to their own suffering.  It’s easy to see others in distress and help.   Try it on yourself.

How can you start?  Become the best friend, the good mother, the kind aunt you needed but didn’t get.

Use proven Awareness Therapy techniques.  When you feel down, upset, and angry at the world, just stop.  Take a deep breath, and put your hand over your heart and tell your own body how much you love it.  Say it out loud.  Say: “I understand what you’re going through, and I’m here to help.”

Build the muscles of compassion and love!

Feel love for yourself.  Thank your body for the work it does throughout the day.  Thank your heart for beating.  Thank your lungs for giving your energy.  Thank your legs for walking.  That technique will get your brain out of the “pit of despair” and get back on track.

Past-Life Regressions can get you to see things from a completely different perspective because you understand that your soul chose the parents you got to teach you whatever your soul wanted to learn in this amazing incarnation you are living right now.   So If you want to blame someone?  Blame your own adventurous soul!  You wanted a challenge in this life and you got it!  Stop complaining and enjoy the ride.
